EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION

Starting point is the value created by the employees when they share knowledge and experience across functions and responsibility areas. By creating understanding of your own role and responsibility in connection with the strategies of the company, you create a fora of communication in which the employees share their stories and thus supporting aims and subsidiary goals.
