To clarify the valuation of the workers/employees of the management communication as well as the understanding of the process in the company going from
a leading petrol and oil company to a very modern energy company with a wide range of business areas.
Implemented by means of qualitative interviews among a representative selection of employees.
Completed by concrete recommendations for a future internal communication strategy using films, in which the management inform and comment on news and
initiatives of importance to the co-existence of the organization.
