Task:
Development and implementation of communication initiatives to bring together the individual shops, administrations and management concerning values, aims and how to get there.

Implemented with a starting point in qualitative interviews with employees of different functions and responsibility areas.

Completed with concrete communication initiatives e.g. production of films with a focus on existing and potential employees as well as an interactive platform consisting of manual for employees, news and test.
