69 % of the Employees in Danish Companies are not really engaged in their Work. One of the Explanations is a bad internal Communication

Figures from the State of the Global Workplace Report by Gallup from 2013 indicate that the employee engagement worldwide is low. The figures for Denmark show that 69 % are unengaged, 10 % work directly against their workplace; however only 21 % are really engaged. According to Gallup one of the reasons for the negative results is the fact that the internal communication does not involve and motivate the employees.
